At Allison Flooring America, we are a locally-owned family company, guided by the principle of being the place where friends send friends.  We want to let you know we're thinking about all of you - our people, our customers, our suppliers, and our community - as we work through the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19).  We understand the role we play in the community we serve and will do everything we can to assist in your flooring needs. We recognize the heightened concern and as a result of the "Stay at Home" order, we have made the decision to close our doors to protect our customers and employees. In uncertain times like these, we must be there for one another. We realize the effects of this environmental and health hazard are far reaching, and we want to think sensibly and empathically. By following the latest trusted science and leading with our hearts, we will get through this together.

As part of our everyday practices, we follow strict safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.

  • As part of our normal practices, our showroom and warehouse facility are cleaned and sanitized daily. 
  • Stepping up our efforts to disinfect high-touch areas like workstations, door handles, and bathrooms.
  • Added additional hand sanitizers in our showroom.
  • Ensure that our installers are strictly following guidelines for washing hands and maintaining proper "social distancing".

We will try and honor any scheduled in-home measures or installations, being mindful of the current situation and have advised all our installer crews to follow preventive measures for safety purposes.
